At one time, the DC animated films were pretty much bulletproof. At least, as far as I was concerned. I loved ’em all, from “Superman: Doomsday,” to “Batman: Under The Red Hood,” and even, “Wonder Woman.”
Then they slowly started going down hill. Lately, for every banger they release, there are two or three duds. Luckily, the company has been on something of a roll: two out of their last four films were good. “Batman: Bad Blood,” and “Batman vs. Robin” were both tight AF, while “Justice League: Throne of Atlantis,” and “Justice League: Gods and Monsters” were pretty terrible. G&M was actually disappointing. I wanted that one to be good.
Anyway, there’s a new DC animated film coming soon. As you can see from the title of this post, it is called, “Justice League vs. Teen Titans.” It stars Jon Bernthal, Rosario Dawson, Jerry O’Connell, Sean Maher, and more!
Here’s a brief plot description:
“The demonic forces of Trigon infiltrate the minds and bodies of the Justice League, turning the veteran super heroes against their youthful counterparts in the all-new DC Universe Original Movie.”
