This installment of “The Best Moment of RAW,” is days late, and that’s with good reason: the episode was #booty. It was slow, and almost unbearably boring. There were some moments, as always, but this time, they did not make up for the lackluster show I had to endure.
The best part came at the end, during Chris Jericho’s, “Highlight Reel.” Going into the show, only Brock Lesnar was advertised as a guest on Y2J’s show. Then RAW opened up with The Ayatollah of Rock ‘n’ Rollah coming down to the ring. Moments later, Roman Reigns music hit, and he was making his way through the stands, and towards the ring.
A few more moments later, and Roman invited himself onto “The Highlight Reel,” because he had unfinished business with The Beast Incarnate (Brock hit him with an F-5 the previous week). This was probably not the smartest idea for Reigns, as the segment turned into the brawl everyone expected.
Of course, that came after Paul Heyman got on the microphone, and did what he does best.
The most surprising element of this, as you can see from the featured image and Youtube thumbnail, is that The Wyatt Family got to end the show standing tall. Bray even hit Brock with his patented, Sister Abigail, which I don’t think anyone saw coming. There are plenty of people who want to see The Eater of Worlds walk out of the Rumble as WWE World Heavyweight Champion, and I’m sure each and every one of them is HYPED about what they saw.
Having said that, they’re probably not too hopeful, as most everyone thinks Reigns is going to win (branding the match as 1 vs. All isn’t very subtle). There’s no denying it was a great moment, however. It even sparked rumors that Bray will be Lesnar’s opponent at WrestleMania 32.
That’s all they are: rumors. Taking that into account, though, what would you guys think about Brock vs. Bray? Would you be hyped for that match? Or, like me, do you think Lesnar vs. KO is the best way to go?
As always, feel free to hit the comment section, and tell me all about it.
