The Bullet Club Turns on AJ Styles

Last night, a pretty big story broke on the internet: AJ Styles, Shinsuke Nakamura, Doc Gallows, and Karl Anderson are all, apparently, on their way to the WWE. It’s all still rumors, at this point, but the following video has done a good job of convincing everyone. See, for a while now, AJ Styles has been leading The Bullet Club, a faction started in NJPW by Finn Balor (then known as Prince Devitt).

That has officially come to an end.

Coincidentally, AJ took over when Devitt became Balor. Now that Styles himself is headed to WWE, it seems Kenny Omega has stepped up to the plate to take over for The Phenomenal One. Oh, and I can’t forget this: before turning on AJ, Omega pinned Nakamura, the IWGP Intercontinental Champion. That’s not some small victory.

The signs are definitely pointing towards a WWE run.

The most interesting part, for me, is that Anderson and Gallows are also rumored to be heading to the WWE. Those are the two members of The Bullet Club that hold AJ up for The Young Bucks and Omega to triple superkick. If they’re going, too, I want to see how they explain their departure.

As Kenny Omega says in the video, The Bullet Club is for life. Does that mean Anderson and Gallows will turn, or be turned on? I NEED TO KNOW!

Anyway, the current rumor for AJ and Shinsuke is that they will maybe have a couple NXT matches, but are most likely headed straight to the main roster. Styles might even be a surprise entrant in the 2016 Royal Rumble. HYPED!

The WWE landscape is about to undergo a massive change, and it’s going to be glorious.
