Teaser Trailer for Steven Spielberg’s Upcoming Film

It’s called “The BFG,” which stands for The Big Friendly Giant. Steven Spielberg is directing, obviously. The script was adapted by Melissa Mathison from the classic Roald Dahl story. The film will be dedicated to her, as Mathison unfortunately passed away on November 4th, 2015. May she rest in peace. Some of her credits include “Kundun,” “E.T. the Extra Terrestrial,” and “The Indian in the Cupboard.”

The cast of “The BFG” includes Mark Rylance, Ruby Barnhill, Bill Hader, Penelope Wilton, Rebecca Hall, and Jemaine Clement, among many others.

Tells the story of Sophie (Ruby Barnhill), the Queen of England (Penelope Wilton), and The BFG (Mark Rylance) who set out on an adventure to capture the evil, man-eating giants who have been invading the human world.
