Here at Nerdopotamus, we know that not everyone watches SmackDown. The show is clearly inferior. It’s heavily edited, and the stories barely matter.

Mind you, it wasn’t always that way. I used to watch that show, week in and week out, and I’d always be straight HYPED. It was the opposite of WCW Thunder – all the big stars were on SmackDown.

Then they started the brand split, and created in-company competition between shows. That’s when Paul Heyman took over the Thursday night show, and produced nothing but hot fire. I’m talking banger after banger. I mean, come on, Kurt Angle and Brock Lesnar had a 60-minute Iron Man match on SmackDown during that time period, and it was absolutely incredible. That was only one show!

Anyway, that’s enough living in the past. It’s time to look to the future – tomorrow night, in particular. As per usual (considering it’s Thursday), SmackDown will air it’s new episode. For the first time in a long while, the show, as a whole, will play host to a huge event in the WWE Universe.

Of course, I’m talking about the main roster debut of Prince Pretty – TYLER BREEZE!

It’s about time! He’s aligning with Summer Rae, and it appears as if he’s going to feud with Dolph Ziggler, on her behalf. At least that’s what I was told by Nerdo regular, Carlos Rivero. I hope that’s the case. Breeze and Ziggler would have some phenomenal matches.

It took Tyler Breeze half a decade to make it to where he is. As soon as he gets the chance to shine, he’s going to bring everything he’s got. In that scenario, The Show Off is the perfect guy to be standing across from. Since his developmental days, Dolph has had a reputation for making guys look good.

Let’s hope that continues with The Gorgeous One.
