I Watched 12 Minutes Of Hot Pursuit

Last night, I made it about twelve minutes into, “Hot Pursuit,” before I had to walk away. It’s a big, ol’ steamy pile of crap. That is the best way that I can put it. I don’t want to say too much, because I didn’t finish it – but still.

Did any of you guys see, “The Heat,” with Sandra Bullock and Melissa McCarthy? It was like that, but bad. I remember when I saw the trailer for that movie. I was convinced that it was going to be awful, but I ended up pleasantly surprised.

I thought that there was a decent chance of that happening again with, “Hot Pursuit,” so I gave it a shot. I regret that decision – hardcore. Man, do I regret that decision. I was even a little baked, and nothing. Twelve minutes of mediocrity.

Rather than try to watch another movie after that, I turned off the lights, and went to sleep. That was the best decision I made all night.

Obviously, I couldn’t keep that up. As I write this, the most recent episode of, “Total Divas,” is playing on my television. Watching that show is almost never a good decision, but I CAN’T STOP!

At the very least, this thing keeps Daniel Bryan relevant. He’s at a fertility expert right now, with his wife Brie, finding out whether or not they are capable of having babies. On another note, earlier in the episode, Brie revealed that she got her name wrong on the SAT’s. That is hilarious.

That’s pretty much all I got for this article. It was originally going to be this big thing about, “Hot Pursuit,” but I couldn’t do it. I didn’t hate the beginning. Reese’s Witherspoon’s character is a cop, because she used to ride along with her cop daddy, all the time. Not bad.

Then, fast forward a few minutes, and her captain is telling her that she’s, “cut from the same cloth as the best cop this place has ever seen.”

Really? The guy who treated every day like it was take your child to work day – he was the best cop that station had ever seen?

If that’s true, how bad was the worst one? And how many people did he kill?
